Take receipt of imported heavy industrial boilers from Strathclyde Grain Distillery, operated by Chivas Brothers Ltd, and process within our yard to generate a valued return to the client.
Off site works were undertaken by our client, Ainscough Vanguard Ltd, and then imported to our yard by them. Upon receipt at our premises a 150 tonne mobile crane operating on full ballast was employed to carefully deposit within our metal processing sector.
Each vessel was then dismantled by combination of manual hot works and hydraulic shears on excavator, with each vessel being separated into the individual metal types used in their original construction.
All structural steel was cut into 5ft lengths as preparation for export internationally.
